Bulimba Candle Company was founded to preserve and celebrate Bulimba’s rich history of candle making, which began with the Apollo Stearine Candle Company from 1881 to 1930. Inspired by this legacy and its merger with J. Kitchen and Sons Pty Ltd, we hand pour each candle in Bulimba, Brisbane, Queensland. Our candles are crafted using Australian made natural coconut and soy wax, blended with locally made fragrances to create a unique, high-quality product that honours a historic craft.
