Brisbane Sailing Squadron is a volunteer-run, family-oriented club offering high-quality dinghy sailing on the Brisbane River. Established in 1921, it provides training and competition in Lasers, 16-Foot Skiffs, Optimists, and Sabots, with a comprehensive junior program for ages seven to sixteen. The club fosters community spirit, sportsmanship, and lifelong learning through regattas, coaching, and social events. It is a welcoming environment for beginners and experienced sailors alike. Brisbane Sailing Squadron is located at the end of Quay Street, just off Oxford Street Bulimba.
